China Jianyin and Tamar to acquire a majority stake in Nature’s Care for $619m.

China Jianyin, a Chinese investment company owned by the government of China, and Tamar Alliance, a private equity fund, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Nature’s Care for $619m. Nature’s Care is Australia’s third largest vitamin company and also manufactures supplements and skin care products.
