Bank Central Asia to acquire Bank Royal Indonesia for $72m.

Synopsis

Bank Central Asia, one of the largest bank in Indonesia, agreed to acquire Bank Royal Indonesia, which offers banking products and services, for $72m. The deal was signed on April 16. With this transaction BCA aims to support the Indonesian banking architecture program and to further develop the company's banking business.
