PAI Partners-backed Stella Group completed the acquisition of CRH S&A platform for €259m.

StellaGroup, backed by PAI Partners, completed the acquisition of CRH’s Shutters & Awnings platform for €259m. CRH S&A is one of the largest producers of shutters, awnings and garage doors in Western Europe with 2018 sales in excess of €200m.
