Insight Partners-backed GraphPad completed the acquisition of Biomatters.

Insight Partners-backed GraphPad, a provider of data analysis and visualization software for the life sciences industry, completed the acquisition of Biomatters, a provider of Geneious DNA data analysis solutions.
