Nippon Paint completed the acquisition of Betek Boya from DAW for $404m.

Nippon Paint Holdings, a Japanese paint and paint products manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Turkish paint manufacturer Betek Boya from Akpinar family and German DAW, for $404m. "The company aims to become a leading company that continues to create new value by advocating the goal of establishing a leading position in Asia and accelerating global growth," Nippon Paint.
