Yanfeng Plastic Omnium Exterior System completed the acquisition of Plastic Omnium's auto composite business.

Yanfeng Plastic Omnium Exterior System, a joint venture between PO and Yanfeng in China, completed its acquisition of Plastic Omnium's auto composite business in Shanghai. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction, in which both POH and Plastic Omnium Auto Exterieur Services license certain IP to YFPO for YFPO to carry out the manufacture of related auto composite products after completion (by way of subcontracting the manufacturing to STS Plastics).
