Origin Equity acquired a minority stake in Plexus Law for £15m.

Origin Equity, a private equity firm which invests in services sector businesses in the UK and Ireland, acquired a minority stake in Plexus Law, a leading provider of defendant legal services, for £15m. Origin approached Plexus Law, having tracked the business, the market and its competitors for some time, and in doing so, identified a major opportunity to invest in and support the firm’s growth and accelerate its existing strategy.
