CRH completed the acquisition of Filoform.

CRH, a supplier of building materials, completed the acquisition of Filoform, a manufacturer of materials for connecting, sealing and protecting the underground cable networks. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through the connection with the CRH network, Filoform gains access to a large international platform of knowledge and experience, which enables to offer you even more customer-oriented and innovative solutions.
