Phoenix Equity Partners completed the acquisition a stake in Mobius Life, an independent institutional investment platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment will enable Mobius Life to further develop its proposition for clients and advisers and continue to deliver a high-quality institutional platform service. Mobius Life is the only UK institutional platform which is not owned by an asset manager, investment consultant or large corporate.
