Bushveld Minerals, a low cost, vertically integrated primary vanadium producer, completed its acquisition of the Vanchem Plant from Duferco, a steel products and raw materials provider, for $53m. The Vanchem Plant is a primary vanadium producing facility with a beneficiation plant capable of producing various vanadium oxides, ferrovanadium, and vanadium chemicals.
