F2i and EI Towers to acquire Persidera, a broadcasting joint venture between two former Italian network operators, GEDI and Telecom Italia for €240m ($270m). The sale of Persidera, 70% owned by Telecom Italia, is part of a plan ironed out earlier this year by Luigi Gubitosi Telecom Italia CEO aimed at reviving the group.
