SinglePoint Group to acquire General Revenue Corporation from Navient.

SinglePoint Group, a leading provider of specialized call center services for North American businesses, agreed to acquire General Revenue Corporation, one of the largest and most successful college and university-focused asset recovery agencies, from Navient, one of the nation's biggest student loan servicers.
