Fluke, a manufacturer of industrial test, measurement and diagnostic equipment including electronic test equipment, completed the acquisition of Prüftechnik Dieter Busch, a Germany-based developer and manufacturer of measurement and testing systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Fluke’s acquisition of Prüftechnik reflects the growing importance our customers place on reliability systems to keep their equipment in optimum operating condition.
