Cellnex Telecom completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Salt TowerCo from NJJ Capital-backed Salt Mobile for CHF800m.

Cellnex Telecom, an operator of wireless telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructures, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Salt TowerCo, a company that owns and operates the passive mobile infrastructure, from NJJ Capital-backed Salt Mobile, a telecommunications provider, for CHF800m. “Building on such a partnership will foster growth and innovation while supporting our strategy to provide our customers with the best value for money products on a worldclass network. This transaction will enable us to accelerate key roll out activities while strengthening our balance sheet profile,” Pascal Grieder, Salt CEO.
