Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen completed the acquisition of Pro Talis Gruppe.

Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen, a privately held operator of senior citizens' and nursing homes, completed the acquisition of Pro Talis Gruppe, a medical care provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Pro Talis Group operates 14 senior citizen centers with over 1.1k care beds, an outpatient service , two day care facilities and two facilities for assisted living with a total of 54 apartments.
