Medac completed the merger with MiraMed.

MiraMed Global Services, a provider of business process outsourcing solutions, completed its merger with Medac, a provider of anesthesia revenue cycle management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Both Medac and MiraMed realized that combining the strengths, resources and assets of ABC and Medac would be unique, and have the potential to unlock some enormous opportunities," Bijon Memar, Medac CEO.
