Vodafone Group, a British multinational telecommunications conglomerate, sold its New Zealand unit to Brookfield Asset Management and Infratil, a New Zealand-based infrastructure investment company, for €2.1bn. “An important aspect of our strategy is the active management of our portfolio and deleveraging, which this transaction further demonstrates.
