Private equity firm Bregal completed the investment in Media Central, an independent media agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. "MEDIA Central is an independent media services company which was established in 1997 and is focused on dialog-, direct- and retail marketing across all available media channels. The company is active in over 20 countries and has c. 200 employees. As the market leader in Germany MEDIA Central manages the distribution of nine billion prospects, brochures and coupons to private households per annum," Bregal.
