DCC LPG to acquire Pacific Coast for £30m.

DCC LPG, a division of DCC which sells global liquefied petroleum gas, agreed to acquire Pacific Coast, petroleum seller. Financial terms were not disclosed, for £30m. "DCC LPG's acquisition of Pacific Coast Energy, our first material bolt-on in the US LPG market, will strengthen our position in the north-west of the US, helping to build further scale in that region," Donal Murphy, DCC CEO.
