Synopsis
Bristow, the leading provider of industrial aviation services, sold Eastern Airlines, a British airline, to Richard Lake, the carrier’s chief executive and founder. Financial terms were not disclosed. Bristow said Eastern had made “negative contributions” to the company’s financial performance in each of the last three fiscal years.
