Antin Infrastructure-backed FirstLight, a provider of fiber-optic data, Internet, data center, cloud and voice services to enterprise and carrier customers throughout the Northeast, completed its acquisition of Maine Fiber, which provides communication infrastructure construction services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring MFC is very exciting for FirstLight.
