Huntsworth completed the acquisition of CC and Kyne for €31m.

Huntsworth, a provider of healthcare communications programs, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in CC, strategic market access, health economics and outcomes research consultancy, and a 85% stake in Kyne, a health communications agency, for a combined consideration of €31m. CC brings health economics and market access to enhance the scientific evidence capability of MEDiSTRAVA, our Medical division.
