UDG Healthcare completed the acquisition of Putnam Associates and Incisive Health.

UDG Healthcare, a international healthcare services provider, completed the acquisition of Putnam Associates, a specialist consultancy company, and Incisive Health, healthcare communications consultancy firm. Putnam is being acquired for $88.6m, and Incisive Health for $17.7m. Putnam strengthens our growing advisory pillar in the US, adding significant expertise in product commercialisation, pricing, reimbursement and market access strategy.
