Color Compass completed the acquisition of LJ Peters Warehouses.

Color Compass, Canada's largest independent auto body supply distribution group, completed the acquisition of LJ Peters Warehouses, a supplier of automotive paint, materials and equipment to jobber distributors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
