Investcorp to acquire Mercury Capital Advisors.

Investcorp, an asset manager is set to acquire Mercury Capital Advisors, an institutional capital raising and investment advisory enterprise. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the transaction, Mercury will remain an independent business operating under its current leadership team. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2019, subject to regulatory approvals.
