CC Industries completed the acquisition of Southern Towing Company from Trive Capital and McCombs Partners.

CC Industries completed the acquisition of Southern Towing, an operator of a fleet of inland tank and anhydrous ammonia barges that specializes in transporting bulk liquid fertilizer products in the Mississippi River system and the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, from Trive Capital and McCombs Partners, two private equity firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition expands CCI’s portfolio of industry-leading businesses and marks another CCI investment in the transportation equipment and logistics sector. “STC is a remarkable business with a long history of excellence.
