Public Investment Fund, PCP Capital Partners and RB Sports & Media completed the acquisition of Newcastle United, an English professional football club, from Mike Ashley, a British billionaire retail entrepreneur in the sporting goods market, for £305m. "We are extremely proud to become the new owners of Newcastle United, one of the most famous clubs in English football.
