Midwest Mezzanine Funds and MC Controls to acquire Dorsett Technologies.

Midwest Mezzanine Funds, a private equity firm, and MC Controls, investment company, have acquired a controlling interest in Dorsett Technologies, an industry-leading Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems used to monitor, secure and control water, wastewater, stormwater, and energy infrastructures provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
