Silverfleet Capital completed the acquisition of Microgen Financial Systems from Aptitude Software for £51m.

Silverfleet Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Microgen Financial Systems, a provider of financial services technology systems, from Aptitude Software, a provider of business-critical software and services, for £51m ($65m). “Silverfleet is the ideal partner to take our business forward and enable MFS to become the clear market leader.
