Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, private equity company, has agreed to acquire Green Street Advisors, the premier provider of research, data and analytics to the commercial real estate industry in North America and Europe, from Golden Gate, private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With their partnership, we intend to accelerate investments in product innovation, data, sales and customer success to better serve our current customers, further penetrate existing end markets and expand into adjacent end markets.
