Wynnchurch and Pamplona-backed Latham Pool Products completed the acquisition of Narellan Pools.

Wynnchurch and Pamplona-backed Latham Pool Products, North America’s largest manufacturer of in-ground residential swimming pools, completed the acquisition of Narellan Pools, a pool supply company in Australia and New Zealand. Financial terms were disclosed.
