ADEY Innovation acquired Alpha Scientific, a water testing specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. Alpha managing director Sonal Patel, who will head up the new commercial water testing division, said: "This move presents an opportunity for us and ADEY to pool our expertise to provide a commercial water testing service second to none.
