Synopsis

OTB, Renzo Rosso's fashion group, agreed to invest in Amiri, a luxury fashion brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. OTB has been looking at several investment opportunities, and previously disclosed that it plans to fuel growth through investments totaling $225m over the next three years.
