Thoma Bravo-backed Imperva, a cyber security software and services company, completed the acquisition of Distil Networks, a provider of bot mitigation, protects websites, mobile apps, and APIs from automated threats. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Imperva, our goal is to provide the most comprehensive application security solution, which includes industry-leading bot mitigation capabilities.
