ICG and Predica to acquire Ocea Smart Building from InfraVia.

Intermediate Capital Group and Predica offered to acquire Ocea Smart Building, a player in the energy transition and smart infrastructure markets, from InfraVia, an independent investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed.
