Synopsis

Edit

Karlovarské Minerální Vody, the largest producer of bottled mineral and spring water in Central Europe and PepsiCo, an American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation completed the acquisition of Knjaz Milos, a Serbian carbonated mineral water producer and distributor, from Mid Europa, a private equity investor focused on Central and Eastern Europe for $226m. "Knjaz Miloš is another example of Mid Europa's vision and capability to transform a Central European consumer company into a branded category leader. Following our recent sale of Bambi to Coca-Cola HBC, Knjaz Miloš has also found its rightful place within the portfolio of a leading international player," Robert Knorr, Mid Europa Co-Managing Partner.
