R&Q completed the acquisition of NBIS.

Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings, a non-life global specialty insurance company, completed the acquisition of NationsBuilders Insurance, an insurance provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This marks our third captive legacy acquisition in 2020.
