Great Hill Partner, a private equity firm completed the acquisition of EnterpriseDB, a provider of the database management platform from PeakEquity, a private equity firm focused on software companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. EnterpriseDB is the top developer of Postgres software for the enterprise. Customers use EnterpriseDB software to handle large-scale transaction processing, customer analytics, data warehousing, and web-based applications.
