Baird Capital, a private equity firm invests in a minority stake at AEGIS Energy Risk, the leading fintech and advisory solutions provider for energy derivatives. Financial terms were not disclosed. The minority investment from Baird Capital to facilitate the expansion of AEGIS’ fintech capabilities through its FLOW platform.
