Liberty Steel completed the acquisition of Johnstown Wire Technologies.

Liberty Steel, part of the global GFG Alliance, completed the acquisition of Johnstown Wire Technologies, the largest producer of value-added carbon and alloy wire in North America. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is another very significant step towards our ambitious US goals.
