Synopsis

Edit

MCS-DSO Group, the largest servicer in France, to acquire Sistemia, an Italian loan servicing platform, from KKR. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sistemia is one of the largest servicers in Italy. In recent years, Sistemia has focused its development on three business lines: Credit, Real Estate and Innovative Solutions. The Group will thus be able to offer its clients a complete range of services for the management of all types of receivables and non-performing loans, thanks in particular to advanced analytical technologies in risk management. "The acquisition of Sistemia will allow us to create, with Serfin, of which it is completely complimentary, a unique service platform on the Italian market. It fits perfectly into our strategy of creating an integrated group combining technology and cutting-edge expertise." Jean-François Bensahel, MCS-DSO President.
