BPIFrace and Qualium Investissement, French private equity company completed the investment of $113m in emlyon business school, a French Business School, recognized by the State. This partnership is designed to support the school in its developments worldwide and in its commitment to excellence. The transaction would be structured through a €100m equity injection over the next five years, which will be used to foster the group’s development projects.
