Air Liquide to acquire Medidis.

Air Liquide, a supplier of medical gases, home healthcare services, hygiene products, medical equipment and specialty ingredients, agreed to acquire Medidis, a provider of home healthcare support. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition gives Air Liquide an added dimension in the Dutch market.
