Iteris completed the acquisition of Albeck Gerken for $11m.

Iteris, an applied informatics for transportation and agriculture company, completed the acquisition of Albeck Gerken, a privately held traffic operations engineering services provider, for $11m. “We are excited to complete this transaction and move forward with the process of integrating Albeck Gerken into the Iteris family.
