Private equity firms Berkshire Partners and Warburg Pincus recapitalized Consolidated Precision Products, a manufacturer of highly engineered components and sub-assemblies primarily for the commercial aerospace, defense and industrial gas turbine markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
