Manutan International, an office equipment company, completed the acquisition of Kruizinga, a provider of online distribution of storage and handling equipment in the Benelux. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Kruizinga will allow the group to enrich its product offer and expertise on strategic ranges for Manutan.
