Trescal completed the acquisition of Integrated Services Solutions, MCS Laboratory and Gero.

Trescal, an international calibration services provider, completed the acquisition of Integrated Services Solutions, a pipette calibration and gas detection & concentration services provider, MCS Laboratory, a calibration services provider in Switzerland, and Gero, a provider of in-house and on-site calibration services to the automotive, energy and electronics industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. Acquisition of MCS Laboratory strengthens Trescal's position in Switzerland, Gero will enhance the technical capabilities of Trescal, ISS will strengthen the group’s ability to address the Life Sciences sector in the US.
