Finaveo, a financial services company, completed the acquisition of CD Partenaires, an insurance broker in Paris, France, from Groupe La Francaise, a global asset manager headquartered in Paris. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Finaveo Partners, whose management and shareholders we know very well, we have found the partner who will allow the acceleration of the CD platform development," Patrick Rivière, La Française Group CEO.
