HBC Investments and Barcas Investments completed the acquisition of Getka Energy from EnCap Flatrock Midstream.

HBC Investments, a growth capital provider, and Barcas Investments, a Houston, Texas-based midstream company, completed the acquisition of Getka Energy, a crude oil logistics provider, from EnCap Flatrock Midstream, a venture capital firm based in San Antonio. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Getka is grateful to EnCap Flatrock Midstream for its early-stage support.
