Verdoso, french investment group, to acquire Carelide, Macopharma's perfusion business, from Macopharma Group, a global leader in infusion, transfusion and biotherapy systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. The objective of the investor is repositioning these infusion activities on high margin products.
